  1. Select the appropriate registration type (Member, Non-Member, Student, etc.)

  2. Complete all required fields

  3. Submit your registration

Payment Information

If you are a DOC employee (DOC covering registration):
The DOC will cover the member rate ($150) only. Please ensure you have an active ACA/WCA membership prior to registering.

Administrative staff will submit payment on behalf of attendees. If submitting payment for multiple individuals, an attendee list must be included.

If you are paying individually or are not a DOC employee:
Payment can be made by check or by contacting the WCA Treasurer for additional options.

If submitting payment for multiple attendees, please include a list of names with your payment.

Important Dates & Policies

  • No registration refunds will be issued after September 5

  • Registration transfers must be completed by September 19
